How Will I Confirm Credit/Debit Card Transactions?
Patriot will charge your credit card on a monthly basis for the software you use each month. Your monthly charge will automatically hit your credit card on the 1st day of the month.
Where can I find my software invoices?
Billing records including invoices are paperless and can be downloaded at your convenience. To view your monthly software charges from Patriot Software, go to Settings > Account Activity > View Billing Activity.
Customizing the report
- You can customize the time period for your monthly software fees report. The default setting ranges from any transaction in the past 90 days, up to transactions that are scheduled to occur in the next 7 days. You can adjust the date range by changing the start and end dates near the top of the screen. Then click RUN REPORT.
- You can also customize the report by clicking on the small arrow beside one of the column headers. That will sort your results according to the information in that column. If you click the arrow a second time, it will reverse the order from ascending to descending.
Transaction ID. The items listed under Transaction ID in the first column of data are clickable links. If you would like to see the details for a charge (or save or print the detailed explanation), click the link for that transaction. A new tab will open and display the details of that one transaction in a PDF document.
Why was my credit card charged after I canceled?
One important thing to note is that Patriot bills in “arrears.” This method of invoicing means you receive services first, and then pay for them. Here’s how it works: Patriot “looks back” to determine how many days you had active software products and how many employees you paid (if applicable) in the previous month. We then create an invoice and charge your credit card. For example, a February 1st invoice will be for active software services during the month of January.
