Payroll Tax Settings Report

Overview:

This report is for accountant partners and users with authorized access. It provides a comprehensive overview of all client tax settings.

Go to Reports > Partners > Client Company Reports > Payroll Tax Settings

Information displayed:

  • Company: Click on the company name to access the client’s account.
    • A company with multiple work locations in different states will have a separate entry for each state.
  • Federal EIN (FEIN)
  • Federal Filer Type
  • Federal Deposit Frequency – for full service payroll customers
  • State
  • SUTA Tax Rate
  • SUTA Tax Effective Date

Features of the report:

  • Search Functionality: You can search using any of the displayed fields.
  • Download Option: To download a CSV of the payroll tax settings report, click the Download Spreadsheet link at the top of the report.
  • By default, the report displays information for active companies. To view inactive companies, toggle “Show Inactives” at the top of the page.
