Patriot’s Bookkeeping Service handles all your bookkeeping responsibilities, including account organization, transaction categorization, monthly account reconciliation, and month-end book closing.
Schedule a free consultation so we can get to know your business better and answer any questions you have. From there, we’ll gather and onboard your information.
Please keep in mind that you must use Patriot’s Accounting Premium Software to use our Bookkeeping Service.
Your one-time onboarding fee and monthly service fees depend on your company’s average monthly expenses. Please see our pricing chart for more information.
Patriot’s Bookkeeping Service does not run payroll, pay your bills, invoice your customers, generate or e-File 1099s, file corporate taxes, or offer tax advice.
We’ll charge a one-time fee at the time of onboarding. Your onboarding fee is based on your average monthly expenses and how many months’ worth of historical information we need to enter.
Your monthly Bookkeeping Service fee and Accounting Premium software fee will be charged on the 1st of each month (along with any other Patriot products).
Any funds that go in and out of the business checking/saving/credit card accounts in a month, including payroll, are considered transactions that go toward the pricing.
