Assigned Deductions Report
Background
The Assigned Deductions report shows all employee payroll deductions scheduled for future payrolls. This report is useful for confirming that benefit enrollees have the correct deductions set up or for viewing specific deductions like child support.
đź’ˇNote: This report does not show past deduction history but only deductions scheduled for upcoming payrolls. Check out our help article on the “Deduction History Report,” for deductions that have already happened in payroll.
Go to: Reports > Payroll Reports > Deductions & Contributions > Assigned Deductions.
- By default, all assigned deductions are included. You can filter specific deductions by selecting or deselecting them from the list.
- By default, the active status is shown. You can also filter by inactive deductions or all.
- The totals are at the bottom of the report.
Download the report by clicking the Download PDF link at the top of the report.
To view deductions for a specific employee, go to: Payroll > Employee List > {Select Employee Name} > Deductions & Contributions.
