Contribution History Report

Background

The Contribution History report shows employer contributions made within a specified pay date range. This report is useful for reconciling benefit invoices or preparing to send 401(k) contributions.

đź’ˇNote: This report shows contributions already made, not future contributions. Check out the Assigned Contributions Report for future contributions.

Go to: Reports > Payroll Reports > Deductions & Contributions > Contribution History.

  • By default, all contributions are included. You can filter contributions by selecting or deselecting specific contributions.
  • The report is grouped by employee, then by pay date.
  • The totals are at the bottom of the report.

Download the report by clicking the Download PDF link at the top of the report.

To view contributions for a specific employee, go to: Payroll > Employee List > {Select Employee Name} > Deductions & Contributions.
