How to Access Your W-2 Forms in the Mobile App
If you are an employee and have any questions about your paychecks, direct deposit, or using the employee app, please contact your employer. Patriot Support staff cannot answer your questions via chat, email, or phone. We can only speak with authorized company contacts.
- Tap the profile icon
to open your Profile and Settings
- Tap your name
- Under Payroll and Tax information, tap W-2 Forms
Delivery Method
The delivery method is how you will receive your W-2 at the end of the year. The default is paper forms, but you can opt to receive an electronic copy.
To change your delivery method
- Tap the current selection displayed. (Paper Form W-2, or Electronic Form W-2)
- Tap your delivery method choice
- Tap “Save”
đź’ˇ If you request a paper copy, you will still have access to an electronic W-2 form in the employee portal.
Download W-2s
Tap the link of the W-2 you want to download. The link in the mobile app will take you directly to W-2s in the employee portal www.mypatriot.com. You will have to sign in and complete MFA (if applicable) before accessing the employee portal. From there, you can securely download the W-2 pdf.
