We’re thrilled to announce the mobile app is now available to all employees paid through Patriot Software. This app is designed to simplify the way employees manage their payroll details, providing them with the tools they need to access pay info, update personal information, and stay on top of their finances—all from their mobile device.
Through the mobile app, employees can:
- Track Work Hours: Employees whose company uses Patriot’s Time and Attendance add-on can log work hours and check time cards directly from the app.
- Access Pay Information: Easily viewing pay details promotes transparency while reducing the need for administrative follow-ups.
- Update Personal Information: Securely view and update personal information, ensuring records remain accurate and up-to-date.
- W-2 Management: Tax season just got less stressful. Employees can update delivery preferences and access W-2s with zero hassle.
- Adjust Federal Withholding (W-4): Reviewing and changing federal withholding has never been more straightforward. The employee W-4 Form can be updated in just a few taps.
To get started, employees can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and sign in to the app using their employee portal username and password.
