New accounting users can choose to have the most popular settings pre-selected on their behalf or to customize their settings. When “Use Standard Settings” is selected, Patriot will use the most popular settings for the chart of accounts, vendor and customer payments, and payroll integration (if applicable). Or, use “Customize Your Settings” instead. But don’t worry—either way, you’ll still be able to change anything later to fit your growing needs.
